the Managing Director of Soft FM Experts, With over 18 years of experience in the facility management industry in multinational firms, Dr. Mohamed Hesham is a seasoned professional specializing in Soft FM Operations, including housekeeping, laundry, pest control, landscape, façade cleaning, administration, as well as total FM Operations. Currently serving as the Group Director of Facilities and Operations at one of the prestigious FM companies for the past 5 years, He has successfully managed and optimized various facility management functions.
Prior to his current role, He held the position of Director of Soft Services at same Facilities management company, where He demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in overseeing facility and administration operations. Additionally, He served as the Regional Hotel and Support Services Director at Andalusia Medical Group in Egypt, further honing my skills in managing comprehensive facility services.
His international experience includes working as the Housekeeping and Laundry Manager at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Ten Trinity in London, UK. This role allowed him to leverage his expertise in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Moreover, He began his career as a Manager In Training (MIT) Program participant at Four Seasons, where He gained valuable insights into the fundamentals of facility management.
Education-wise
He hold a Ph.D. in the Specialty of Facility and Operations Management from Riviera University in Valbonne, France. Additionally, He has an EMBA from Alexandria University in collaboration with Georgia State – J. Mack Robinson College of Business. He is also a certified freelance FM Trainer and Consultant, actively involved in various consulting projects. His professional certifications include Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification, as well as IOSH, OSHA, NEBOSH certifications for ensuring high safety standards.
